I've been involved with the Great River Road theatre since the 1997 production of "You Can't Take It With You" when I played Mrs. Kirby. This is my 8th performing role with the group. Although my roles have been as varied as nun in "The Sound of Music" to the flirtatious Lady Evelyn in "A Connecticut Yankee in King Arthur's Court", some things never change. You pitch in to help where ever you're needed and you do things you never thought that you would do in public with people you sometimes never knew before. Being a member of the GRRT "family" is hard work and lots of fun. To paraphrase a commercial "The memories and friendships: Priceless".
